Demanding Credit Troubles May Find Support In Consumer Credit Counseling

by Kevin Lynch

Somebody struggling with awful credit has a few numerous options that they can use. One of the better options may be consumer credit counseling. Debt collectors, establishing and maintaining a effective budget and even people who are encountering difficulties in saving for retirement can all benefit from this kind of service.

I'm sure you have seen that there are quite a few commercials on television for consumer credit counseling, but not all are the precise option for diverse situations. The first step in finding the proper service is to look in the phone book under 'credit counseling' or 'credit services' or to explore on the Internet for the close company in a person's locale.

An experienced expert can often help individuals who are overloaded with debt or are not capable to pay their debt. They will usually create a new payment plan where they accumulate the cash and they handle the payment to the creditors.

These payment plans by and large only include the unsecured debt. The secured debt like the automobile loans and mortgages need to be paid straight to the creditors. Sometimes a secured creditor will work with a debtor by reducing or suspending the payments for a short time.

Some of these services are complimentary but sometimes there is a fee that goes along with it. When choosing a credit service, a consumer will want to make certain ahead of time about the extra fees that may be charged before soliciting the credit help.

On the other hand non-profit companies usually don't have any fees for their services. Interview more than a few service while being honest about the situation. If questions still linger about company, verify with the Better Business Bureau in order to ascertain if any complaint have been lodged about the business.

Most trained professionals can advise a debtor on any kind of repairs to their credit that may result as a benefit of using their assistance. Working with trained professional can verify a pattern of on time payments that can be very helpful to the sound credit in the future. Most counselors can also offer valuable recommendation about budgeting and establishing savings.

If you are having hardship with your credit you may find it functional to look into using the services of an experienced expert. Establishing good credit habits is positively valuable to your economic outlook.

How To Correctly Use A Web Affiliate Program

by Steve Vendetris

The internet has made the world a small community that gives business owners several avenues to make money. There are many obvious ones like e-commerce and other kinds of sales, and finding a good web affiliate program is a must for webmasters to make money. Here is some information to let you know how this all works.

A web affiliate program simply works by using your sites content to get people to take action on the related product. Usually it is a purchase although some programs payout for newsletter signups or advertisement views. Your content is endorsing those products and services that you have affiliation with.

These endorsements usually adopt several forms, the banner ad being the most well known and visually obvious. Text ads and direct links are also quite common and less obtrusive. All solutions generally require code embedded into your HTML, or specific query parameters passed to links such that you earn credit for the clickthroughs.

There are many web affiliate programs, and researching them to select the best can be a time-consuming investigation. Here are two highly used programs that are, in general, safe choices for any webmaster wishing to get started.

Google's Adsense uses Google's keyword matching and page rank technology to match relevant advertisers with your page's content. By embedding code into your site's templates, you'll receive unobtrusive advertising on all of your pages. While this is usually a good solution, it can create conflicts of interest on pages where you may push a specific product or when used with other affiliates, as there is no guarantee that Google won't display advertisements that compete with those you may have directly promoted.

Offers Quest is another favorable web affiliate program that is a lot like Google. What makes them different than Google is that they concentrate particularly on website affiliate programs and Google does not. Offers Quest is a small but prominent company that works well with content publishers to give good rats and no long-term contracts.

A web affiliate program is not a get rich overnight scheme, because the possibility to generate revenue depends on both your sites success and how the programs work. Here are some things to think about before going on.

First, a web affiliate's success hinges upon having an active site with many visitors, some of whom are regular readers, as marketing messages rely on repetition. Build a site with good, relevant content before investing your time in researching affiliate programs. This is especially important, as some programs require a certain site usage volume before they will partner with you.

Next, keep in mind that visitors read your site not for its affiliations, but for the content you provide them. A site that serves no other purpose than being a front-end for affiliated links is rarely visited again. Similarly, sites where affiliate links are distracting or advertising is excessive will drive off readers in search of original content.

If a webmaster has a good content-rich site and a lot of traffic, a web affiliate program is a great way to make money. With so many of them to pick from, most likely a program will meet any site needs that you may have.

4 Reasons Why You Should Use MySpace Friend Adder Elite Software

by Yomi Shina

The thing that strikes me most about the MySpace Friend Adder Elite tool is its ease of use and effectiveness. I was really impressed by the fact that you can figure out the tool yourself with only a few minutes of dabbling.

But, simplicity is just one of the many great things about the MySpace Friend Adder Elite tool. My favorite feature of this tool is the ability to send out targeted friend requests to thousands of people. It allows you to find a MySpace group that has people who share the same interests as you, and then send out friend requests to them. The great thing about this feature is that it eliminates the aspect of randomness from your marketing. Youre not selling hair gel to bald guys, and know that you are focusing on people who are interested in your product in the first place.

The thing that I noticed about this feature was that it works really fast. In a matter of a few seconds, you can see the numbers going up, and voila, you have sent out a 100 friend requests before you know it! There are some other great features on this tool too:

1. Use with multiple accounts: You can use this tool with multiple accounts, so if you promote your business using your personal account and an account with your business name, you can use one tool that works with both.

2. Schedule Bulletins: The great thing about this tool is that it works even if you are asleep. You can schedule bulletins, and then at the designated time, and make it look like a real person is at work all the time.

3. Cost Effective: The single PC license just costs $19.99 and is the most effective MySpace friend adder tool that you can hope for. The low price makes it a very low risk thing for you to try out.

4. Great Support: The product is supported by a staff of great technical people, who are there to walk you through the process, and help answer any questions you may have.

The MySpace Friend Adder Elite tool is a great product that can give a jumpstart to your MySpace marketing campaign, and is a must have in your arsenal of tools to succeed in the online marketing world.

Best Landing Page Design Top 3 Tips to Ensure Conversion

by Larry Land

If you want to be successful in your online marketing business, you need the best landing page design you can get. Why? Because it can either make or unmake your business, that's why!

Landing pages can help your business succeed. It's a fact. As such, you may need to try your best to make sure your landing pages do what they are designed to do whether that may be to make a sale, get subscribers for your newsletter or build your list.

So, what determines whether a landing page will convert your visitors to loyal subscribers or help you make a sale? Here are some things that you may want to consider:

A great landing page includes detailed information. To increase your chances of conversion, you need to inform your readers of the details of your offer in a straightforward but attention-grabbing manner. Don't even try using flowery language in your landing page it just wouldn't work!

Good landing pages ensure visitors that they're on the right place. Sometimes, the ads and the landing page copy don't match. This can create great confusion on the part of the readers. If they wonder whether they've landed on the right page, you've got some work to do to polish your copy. There's a great chance that they've reached your landing page because your ads caught their interest, and they clicked on it to find out more. So, make sure you give them what they want. Otherwise, you'll lose them forever.

Landing pages that convert talk about benefits. Don't talk about the features of your offers talk about how your readers can benefit from it! A lot of internet marketers commit this costly mistake. Don't be one of them. Write a persuasive copy but make sure you base it from your visitors' perspective.

Make conversion a breeze. What do you want your visitors to do after coming to your landing page? Do you want them to give you their contact details, complete a survey, sign up for your newsletter, or make a purchase? Make it easy for them to convert. Put your primary 'call to action' above the virtual fold so they won't miss it!

Your business doesn't need just another landing page it needs the best landing page that it deserves!

We all how valuable nutritional value is to our health and well-being. The fare that we eat proffers all of the vital vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are critical to our long-term physical condition. Consuming vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as supplements is also useful to our wellbeing but science has exposed that consuming a nourishing and diverse food intake is more valuable to our healthiness because of the synergy between foods.

Fruits and vegetables are profuse in antioxidants and phytonutrients which when united jointly work even more efficiently. Consuming a range of fruits and vegetables and combining specific foods concurrently can exponentially enlarge their wellbeing advantages compared to eating the foodstuff alone. The synergy of nutritional value expands their health-promoting abilities.

The synergy of the nutritional value from a number of fruits and vegetables appears to be something that can't be duplicated in a laboratory. Not even the most outstanding multivitamin can duplicate this nutritional synergy. As of this time there is not a supplement on earth that can replicate the effectiveness of consuming an tremendously wholesome nutritional regime because nature proffers the superiority in nourishment that our bodies crave.

Some of the combinations that are very of use together are tomatoes and broccoli. While both of these vegetables are decidedly healthy on their own when united they provide supercharged cancer fighting capability. Tomatoes include lycopene, an notable nutrient that is a natural cancer preventative. The sulfur contained in broccoli helps to get rid of tumor-causing toxins. The BIG Social Media Marketing Mistake

by Jason DeMars

This error violates rule #1 of Social Media and I see MOST network marketers doing it and it aggravates me and I know thousands of others to no end. This mistake will absolutely get you nowhere and it will in fact do the exact opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. In fact it violates one of the main rules of social media and it will result in your website being slapped down in the search engines and give you personally a bad reputation.

What is this mistake I bet you are wondering? It's posting, writing articles and sending out messages simply for the sake of advertising or selling. It won't work. Web 2.0 allows a greater deal of interaction and doing this will get a lot of negative feedback. Not only that but people love web 2.0 because they don't want to get pitched on some product or service. When you post your website simply for the sake of advertising the result is you are considered a spammer.

Is there a solution to your social media problem because we all want exposure for our business right? It is to provide a valuable service when you post. First make sure you are approaching your target market for instance; do not ever advertise on your Facebook profile that will backfire. Secondly, when you are approaching your target market give away something valuable. Don't just post your website or send out an advertisement for your network marketing company. Social media users don't like being sent to a squeeze page. I hate that and if you are honest so do you. The Golden Rule works in social media too "do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

Give away something valuable to them and approach them as a servant giving help and assistance for NOTHING. If you do this you will in due time receive. So don't be a spammerjust posting garbageprovide value and if you have to title it by something make sure the title is latent with the value that your target market is looking for.

Since teaching this to my group on Facebook. I received this feedback from one of the members. Here is what she said, "I took your advicewell some of it. I read your blog and I left my blog, myspace and youtube url on my profile. I slimmed it down by taking off 6 sites. Now that I think about itthat is a pitiful shame."

I definitely understand how you felt. You did the work and you want to capitalize on it through your Facebook profile since that is where most people go to learn about you. However, there is much better and more effective way. Facebook gives us the option to create a "page" for our company where instead of getting friends you get "fans" for your business. Of course as a personal profile you want to become a member of your business page and that in turn will be posted on your profile and the home page where others see their networks updates.

On the business page you can post events, videos, notes, start a discussion board and fans can post reviews on the page. So add items galore on your business page (as long as the content is valuable) and you won't at all be considered a spammer. You can post a link to one of your business sites on your personal profile, but don't overdue it.

I recommend sending Facebook fans to a blog or an in-between site that sends traffic to your money site. You can also create groups on Facebook around a specific subject that allows for a group to interact around the subject and it will in turn offer a link back to your site. Since you are the administrator it presents you as an expert in the field.

Believe in me: Still another 1970s film that all about drug problems. Working gal Bisset finds herself completely dependant on speed while living in the East Village section of New York City. Determining the Correct Search Engine Marketing Company for Your Requirements

by Ed Brancheau

Considering which search engine marketing company (SEM) you should chose is no easy thing. The first company you find is not always the best to meet your needs, which is why it is wise to take your time in choosing a SEM. That way the company you decided on doing business with will be one to accommodate your needs.

Choose a SEM Company You Trust

The most important factor is that you choose a SEM company you can trust. Meet with several different companies to discuss some plans before delving into detailed plans. Your business will enter into a relationship with the company and as this relationship develops, information pertinent to the success of your business will be released. If the company cannot be trusted, you are risking your business' well being.

To help gauge whether or not the search engine marketing company can be trusted, ask them to provide references. If they are reluctant to provide references, this is a major red flag, as any search engine marketing company with experience and a good reputation in the industry should not fear this. If the company doesn't have references to provide due to a lack of experience, you'll need to proceed with caution and gauge other aspects of the interview to determine if they are worth the shot.

Next, ask yourself if the search engine marketing company answer all of your questions to the fullest possible extent without dodging any aspect? If the company is willing to provide any information you ask for without hesitation and willing to fully explain the process, it's a safe bet you can trust them.

If the SEM starts pressuring you into things or service that do not make sense to you it is a big red flag. Understand that some of the time they might have some constructive criticism for your website. If the problems pointed out are large, you should take the time and correct them, because why pay for advertising to for your site if no interested parties will visit and become customers.

Identify the Services You Need

Not all search engine marketing companies are created equally. Though there are many basic services such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertisement and pay-for-inclusion services, search engine marketing and optimization will involve several different things from a site re-design to new content and marketing to build back links -- links to your site from another reputable site -- to help increase rankings naturally. Pay-per-click campaigns will advertise your company in the search engine results page on the sidebars, and you will pay each time the ads get clicked. Pay for inclusion services allow you to pay to have search engines crawl certain pages of your website with a certain frequency.

Getting To A Comfortable Risk Level

Any search engine marketing plan will require an investment before knowing if and how much money the company will earn back in new customers and sales. It is important that you determine beforehand how much risk you are willing to take. Do not let the company pressure you into more.

Take your time in finding and choosing a search engine marketing company. Because of the investment and importance of the business relationship, this is something that should not be rushed into if you expect the best possible results. The search engine marketing company you ultimately choose should understand and be willing to help you with any aspect of making the decision on the right company for your needs.

House of the Dead: This is a low-grade terror film, based on the video game, which charts the predictable destinies of some addle brained youngsters drawn to an island inhabited by zombies. Sloppily made and mindnumbingly inept. Cast includes Jonathan Cherry, Tyron Leitso, Clint Howard, Ona Grauer, Ellie Cornell, Can Sanderson, and Enuka Okuma. (92 minutes, 2003)

Rambo: Much better than part II, this one continues to be firmly footed in the genre of mindless Action Films, as our brawny idol goes behind Russian battle lines in Afghanistan to save his buddy from a prison fortress. You will see lots of eruptions to keep the action going and some funny stuff thrown in too. Cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Richard Crenna, Marc de Jonge, Kurtwood Smith, Spiros Focas, and Sasson Gabai. (101 minutes, 1988)

Heartland: Basic, well informed tale of hearty Americans surviving the frontier life, circa 1910. Ray Reynolds - Have To Say He IS A Flat Out Scammer

by Rio Morales

Ray Reynolds, founder of the Ray Reynolds University, offers products designed to guide you through the red tape of legal documents and tax strategies and the advantages of setting up corporations. When Do You Need To Set Up Your Home Business As A Corporation?

Im not even going to take the time to write my own review for Ray Reynolds, instead Im going to let you read what just a few of the people who have had dealings with him have to say about him

Jay Irvine, California

I tried the Ray Reynolds plan a few years ago and yes got scammed out of thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. His routine has not changed over the years. I saw an infomercial last night and it brought back some bitter memories. I love the part where he whips out a wallet full of credit cards that drop to the floor and says I have over 1 million in credit and you can too. Blah blah blah.

I still have doubts whether or not what he promises to teach you is even legal or effective. In fact in my research post Ray Reynolds I have found some contradictions in his claims. Building credit takes time, patience and good personal credit as well. You can't buy good credit and a corporation won't magically get you there either.

Not to say that being incorporated doesn't have its advantages, but Ray would have you believe that the two go hand in hand and you can't have one without the other, probably because this is where he makes most of his money. Pushing his corporations that have been sitting on the 'shelf' and of course all the services required to incorporate. Meanwhile you are left in the dark and blindly following this man's every word.

The bottom line is don't take short cuts and be prepared to put some work into building your credit. If something sounds too good to be true or if you heard about it in an infomercial.... Run Run Run.

Hope this helps someone out there save some money and some headache!!

One week ago Sunday I heard a radio small business radio show in Phoenix AZ. I just caught the tail end of it and they were talking about generating a line of credit for your business. They were saying that a corporation should have at least a credit line of $50,000.

I wrote down the web address, justaskray.com and went to the website. I was greeted with: Fill in the information below for your FREE money making Book and CD package.

Once I completed the form to 'get your FREE cd featuring Ray Reynolds' I was asked to pay $3.95 for shipping. I was assured that this was a safe transaction because the page says 'As promised, our worry free guarantee If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your shipping and handling fee. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain so get your free book and CD package now!'

Today I received the report via UPS. Honestly I have not even looked at the materials past the cover letter so I can not attest to the quality of the product.

The cover letter states: We have enclosed in your kit a free copy of the 'Wealth Building Introductory Seminar CD. In addition, we have included the 'Six Steps to Financial Freedom' as a 'thank you' for taking the time to review your individually personalized corporate set up kit that is enclosed in this package. Yes the it is customized for the state where you are currently living; however, you can incorporate in any state of your choice by following the instructions on the FREE ARTICLES FLYER.

You have thirty (30) days to review your customized program. After 30 days from the shipping date, you will be charged one payment of $99. During this 30-day period you can get started with the set up of your new corporation.

No where before this has anything mentioned any payment other than the $3.99 shipping charge.

I called the phone number listed in the package 714-224-1750. The phone is answered 'good afternoon, Corporate Office, this is Cathy speaking how can I help you?'

I asked about the $99. Charge and was advised that the charge is for a bonus CD and bonus book included in my free packet. I advised that I did not wan them, nor did I order them. I was told thaqt I could return these products at my expense and there would be no charge if done within 30 days of the shipment.

I then called the local Tempe number, 480-829-0154. The young lady there advised me that I could return these products at my expense and there would be no charge if done within 30 days of the shipment. When asked why I would not be reimbursed she stated that it was policy, thats just how we do our marketing.

Clearly this is a case of bait and switch, consumer fraud.

Heres a couple more.

Ray Reynolds, the company's CEO, has formerly been the subject of lawsuits filed by the California Attorney General in connection with two other corporations for failure to register as a Credit Services Organization and making untrue or misleading representations, in part, about their ability to improve, remove, or clear negative items from credit reports.

Ray Reynolds Companies advertising is deceptive or misleading. As an example, Ray Reynolds Company advertises that for $2183.92, they will build "Up to 1 million in credit" for the buyer. "Up to" claims such as this could actually mean they will obtain ZERO credit for your company, with the maximum amount they might obtain being 1 million. Projected figures such as used in this advertising claim with a range of potential possibilities should state both the minimum and maximum potential, without undue or misleading display of the maximum. The number of clients, who obtained the maximum amount, should comprise a significant percentage, typically, at least 10%, of all clients, unless local or state law requires otherwise.

I gave Ray Reynolds $699 and received absolutely NOTHING from him. I have called numerous times, and Ray Reynolds Company just says they will call me back, which they never do. That is a lot of money for me, and Ray Reynolds burned me completely...Ray Reynolds is a scammer.

Ok I think you get the idea. Ray Reynolds is some one I really would not want to buy anything from and I dont think, after reading this, you would either.
